Medulous, Inc. is the sole owner of the information collected on the Medulous website. We only have access to, or collect, information that you voluntarily provide us by email or other direct contact with you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
You may choose to opt out of any future contacts from us, or sharing of your information and data by us, at any time. In addition, once you establish a Medulous account, you can do the following at any time by accessing your account:
- See what data we have about you, if any.
- Change or correct any data we have about you.
- Have us delete any data we have about you.
- Express any concern you have about our use of your data.
Medulous, Inc. takes precautions to protect your information and data. When you submit sensitive information via the Medulous website, your information is protected both online and offline. ?Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page. We also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
Information We Collect. We require Users who use, register to use and/or purchase from the Website (collectively, the "Service") to provide us with certain information that personally identifies you as described below, which may include, without limitation, the User’s name, telephone number, e-mail address, cookies, IP logs, social media account information (for optional login feature), billing information or credit card number (if applicable), and other information (collectively “Personal Information”).

You will have an opportunity to unsubscribe to any emails or mailings by clicking on an "unsubscribe" hyperlink contained in promotional emails we send you, or by contacting us by email at email@example.com. Even if you are removed from any such list, if you use the Service, you will continue to receive email correspondence from MEDULOUS related to the Service.
Cookies. When you view the Website, we may store some information on your computer's hard drive. This information will be in the form of a "Cookie." Cookies enable us to (i) customize content specific to your interests, (ii) ensure that you do not see the same advertisement repeatedly, (iii) store your password so you do not have to re-enter it each time you visit the Website, or (iv) establish a shopping cart session to allow you to purchase products or services from the Website. Most web browsers automatically accept Cookies, but you can change your browser to prevent that. Without accepting a Cookie, your use of the Website may be affected.
Opt-Out Options. Except for Contact Data which is required to use the Website, you may choose not to provide us with any other Personal Information, and you will still be able to access and use much of the Website; however you will not be able to access and use those portions of the Website that require your Personal Information. If you do not want us to share your Personal Information with any third parties or if you do not wish to receive information and promotional material from us or our partners, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, but please understand that such a request to “opt out” will likely limit your ability to take advantage of all of the features and services we offer on the Website. Any opt-out request by you is not deemed valid until processed by MEDULOUS. It is your obligation to verify that you have been opted-out. MEDULOUS shall not be liable for problems with the opt-out procedures.
Changes to Personal Information. To confirm that your Personal Information is correct and current, and to update or remove your Personal Information, you can log into your MEDULOUS account to access your personal profile. Through your personal profile you may: (a) review and update your Personal Information that we have already collected; (b) choose whether or not you wish us to send you information about our company, or promotional material from some of our partners; and/or (c) choose whether or not you wish for us to share your Personal Information with third parties. You are advised that archival or back-up copies of said information will not cease to exist and MEDULOUS shall not be liable for any problems in this editing process. You can view your MEDULOUS account to confirm that your edits have been made to the extent available on the Website.
Additional Information. In addition to Personal Information and Traffic Data recited above, we may also request or collect other information regarding your use of the Website, which if applicable, will also be expressly included herein as Personal Information. You can opt out of providing this additional information by not entering it or not using the Website, although not providing it may hinder your ability to use the Website and/or the Service.
Lost or Stolen Information. You must promptly notify us if your credit card, user name, or password is lost, stolen, or used without permission. In such an event, we will remove that credit card number, user name, or password from your MEDULOUS account and update our records accordingly.
Security. You are advised that any information or data that is transported over an open network, such as the Internet or e-mail, may be accessible to anybody. We cannot guarantee the confidentiality of any communication or material transmitted via such open networks. When disclosing any personal information via an open network, you should be aware that it is potentially accessible to others, and consequently, can be collected and used by others without your consent. In particular, while individual data packets are often encrypted, the names of the sender and recipient are not. A third party may therefore be able to trace an existing bank account or relationship or one that is subsequently created. Even if both the sender and recipient are located in the same country data may also be transmitted via such networks to other countries regularly and without controls, including to countries that may not provide a high level of data protection.
Your information or data may be lost or accessed by unauthorized parties during transmission. We do not accept any liability for direct or indirect losses with regard to the security of your Personal Information or data during its transfer via the Internet. Please use other means of communication if you think this is necessary or prudent for security reasons.
